Cancellations made within 48 hours notice may incur a 50% charge of appointment booked and your deposit will be lost. If this fee occurs, it will need to be paid before any future appointments are made. If cancellation is made with more than 48 hours notice, you’re deposit will be transferred to credit on your account to be used on a future appointment.
