Hello - I booked an apt online to come at midday Sunday 22nd, I arrived, was acknowledged but not asked what I wanted. At 12.11 I was asked what I wanted, and told to come back at 115. I was there 45 mins in total and had a quick mani and pedi and change $105 - this is the charge for the 90 minute service! This was not what I was booked and that was not referred to in any way. I felt unclean and the equipment used was only sprayed, not sterilised between clients. Generally, I spotted three half empty disposable water bottles lying round and felt unclean. This was expensive and rushed.

We did a mani/pedi spa and lash extension service. Everything went well. I recommend letting Fiona do the lashes cause it lasted longer. Compared to the set that her assistant did.
